Extortionate pricing. I used this service to take a taxi from a hotel in Bad Belizig to the BER airport. Thinking I was ordering an ordinary taxi, I was surprised to learn that the car had no meter, and does not take card payment. We figured a way around this by paying via PayPal. But then I was surprised that the price was €250! An Uber would cost €170. I understand that the cost can be higher in a rural area. But this was just extortionate, particularly since I had a flight to catch, so I had no option. The driver was professional, kind and courteous. But the manager just refused to reduce the price, and cited high gas prices as an excuse. To me, this is a dishonest business practice, and reflects a short sighted way of doing business. I will pay the extortionate amount, but will never use the service again. My advice is to negotiate the price way ahead of time in order to avoid being caught by surprise. Or simply avoid this service altogether.

Very unreliable service. The people on the phone told me 10 mins. 25 mins later and still no driver and zero update, and they wouldn't answer the phone to my follow-calls. Not recommended.

Moin, hab l den Bus zur Rehaklinik vom Markt verpasst. hatte mich zum Essen nicht abgemeldet, so rief ich den NOELTE Service an, der für die OBERLIN Rehaklinik fährt. So kam ich rechtzeitig an. Für den schnellen Service möchte ich mich bedanken. ps
